About Us
Dr. Peter Solomon
Dr. Solomon was born in the United States but grew up in the Southern suburbs of Cape Town. After matriculating from Wynberg Boys High School in 1988, Dr. Solomon returned to the USA to pursue his secondary education. After four years of undergraduate study at Pacific Christian College and Portland State University, Peter started his post-graduate studies at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. After 15 years in the USA, Dr. Solomon returned to Cape Town to build his practice and share the expertise and the latest chiropractic technology and research learnt in the US.
Dr. Solomon is certified by both the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) in the U.S.A. and the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In addition to this, Dr. Solomon has also been certified by the NBCE in physiotherapy and other adjunctive procedures such as radiology, phlebotomy, obstetrics and minor surgery.
As part of a lifetime of education, Dr. Solomon frequently attends post-graduate courses in the field of natural medicine to help improve his treatment of patients by implementing new techniques and technology on a regular basis.
Dr. Solomon is currently the only certified Kennedy Decompression technique and ATM2 practitioner in South Africa and offers certification courses to therapists wanting to offer Non-Surgical Disc Decompression and ATM2 therapy in their practices.
Community Work:
Dr. Solomon’s keen interest in sports and a general active and healthy lifestyle has him involved in a community youth development program called Life Exchange. Working with at-risk children from Ocean View in a mentorship role, Dr. Solomon teaches children the importance of team work through sports. More specifically, Dr. Solomon has started the Southside Ultimate Frisbee team to help bring together kids of all ages and backgrounds to play a sport that involves self-regulation on the field, helping to teach the importance of honesty, communication and self-respect while in a competitive situation.

Dr. Solomon also writes a monthly editorial for the Full Circle magazine and has helped develop the magazine’s vision of bringing a Wellness editorial to the "people of the deep South".
Dr. Kim Needham
Dr. Kim Needham graduated from Technikon-Natal Chiropractic School in 2001. After completing this 6 year full-time degree, Dr. Needham practiced in Durban but felt she had to return to the Cape. Kim returned to Cape Town, practicing in Durbanville and Tableview and after a few years found herself back at her roots right here in Fish Hoek.
Kim's broad experience and determination as a Chiropractor has taken her to such events as the All Africa Games as well as other amateur and professional events around the country. Kim is constantly striving to better her skills as a Chiropractor and attends continuing education on a constant basis to make this a reality.
